摘  要:为了解决纯虚拟场景下无法对学生的PLC接线、PLC内部工作原理等能力进行培养的问题,通过分析系统需求,设计了基于PLCSIM和单片机的机电控制实训系统。通过C#编写的上位机,使用S7.Net Plus组件读取通过NetToPLCsim桥接的PLCSIM的输出点数据,通过串口将输出点数据发送到单片机控制板,单片机控制板控制继电器输出信号。单片机控制板通过双向光耦读取输入点数据,并通过串口发送给上位机,上位机接收到后经过大小端的调整,写入PLCSIM的Ⅰ区。经过调试和实际的系统运行,该设计系统能实现PLC的逻辑控制和输入输出功能,完全能满足电气与PLC控制技术的教学需要。In order to solve the problem of being unable to cultivate students′abilities in PLC wiring and internal working principles in pure virtual scenes,a mechanical and electrical control training system based on PLCSIM and single-chip microcontroller was designed by analyzing system requirements.The upper computer written in C#uses the S7.Net Plus component to read the output point data of PLCSIM bridged by NetToPLCsim,and sends the output point data to the microcontroller control board through the serial port.The microcontroller control board controls the relay output signal.The microcontroller control board reads input point data through a bidirectional optocoupler and sends it to the upper computer through a serial port.After receiving it,the upper computer adjusts the size end and writes it into theⅠarea of the PLCSIM.After debugging and actual system operation,the designed system can achieve logical control and input/output functions of PLC,fully meeting the teaching needs of electrical and PLC control technology.
