摘  要:针对火力发电厂在运行过程中,当双列引风机出现出力不一致时,需要依靠运行人员手动调整以保持两台引风机出力一致的问题,提出了一种利用引风机电流偏差来自动修正两台引风机出力的方法。这种方法减轻了电厂运行人员的监盘压力,减少了操作需求。经过控制系统逻辑优化并在实际现场应用后发现,通过引入电流自动修正机制,火力发电厂运行过程中两台引风机出力不一致的情况得到了显著改善,能够实现运行过程中两台引风机出力的自动平衡。A method is proposed to automatically correct the output of two induced draft fans by utilizing the current deviation of the induced draft fans to address the issue of relying on manual adjustment by operators to maintain consistent output when the dual row induced draft fans have inconsistent output during the operation of thermal power plants.This method reduces the monitoring pressure on power plant operators and minimizes operational requirements.After optimizing the control system logic and practical application,it was found that by introducing an automatic current correction mechanism,the situation of inconsistent output between two induced draft fans during the operation of a thermal power plant has been significantly improved,and automatic balancing of the output of the two induced draft fans during operation can be achieved.
