摘  要:设计了一种基于PLC的水电站自动化控制系统,以提升水电站的运行效率和安全性。系统采用西门子S7-1500系列PLC作为核心控制单元,结合SCADA系统采集与监控数据,实时调节转速、电压、流量等参数。结果表明,该系统在稳态和动态控制性能上均表现优异,频率控制误差降低至±0.05 Hz,调速器响应时间缩短至180 ms,显著提升了水电站的自动化水平和运行质量。This paper proposes a PLC based automation control system for hydropower stations to improve their operational efficiency and safety.The system adopts Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the core control unit,combined with SCADA system to collect and monitor data,and adjust parameters such as speed,voltage,and flow in real time.The results show that the system performs excellently in both steady-state and dynamic control performance,with frequency control error reduced to±0.05 Hz and governor response time shortened to 180 ms,significantly improving the automation level and operational quality of the hydropower station.
