摘 要:磨矿分级系统处于恶劣的工作环境,传统的检测和控制方法难以适应且无法建立精确的数学模型。鉴于此,提出基于PLC技术的选矿厂溢流型球磨分级自动化协调控制系统设计。在硬件部分,设计了伺服电机系统、光电探测元件、气动执行单元以及核心的PLC控制单元,构成了高效的自动化协调控制系统;在软件部分,通过实时采集球磨机运行数据,以及使用实时监测算法处理球磨运行过程数据,完成基于PLC技术自动调控球磨分级运行过程,利用上位机与球磨机之间的通信关系,实现对溢流型球磨机的全面协调控制功能。结果表明,设计的基于PLC技术的选矿厂溢流型球磨分级自动化协调控制对矿石的流量控制精度较高,且控制效果更好,具有一定的应用价值。The grinding and grading system operates in harsh working environments,and traditional detection and control methods are difficult to adapt to and cannot establish accurate mathematical models.Based on this,a design of an automated coordinated control system for overflow ball milling grading in a beneficiation plant using PLC technology is proposed.In terms of hardware,a servo motor system,photoelectric detection elements,pneumatic execution unit,and core PLC control unit were designed to form an efficient automation coordination control system.In the software part,by real-time collection of ball mill operation data and processing of ball mill operation process data using real-time monitoring algorithms,the automatic control of ball mill grading operation process based on PLC technology is completed.By utilizing the communication relationship between the upper computer and the ball mill,the comprehensive coordinated control function of the overflow ball mill is achieved.The results indicate that the designed PLC based overflow ball mill grading automation coordinated control for mineral processing plants has high precision in controlling the flow rate of ores and better control effects,and has certain application value.
