摘 要:为实现对反应釜运行过程中温度的精准调节与自动化控制,引进TCU系统,开展反应釜釜内及夹套温度自动控制方法的设计研究。该方法主要利用乙二醇回路为反应釜提供恒定的温度控制,设计基于TCU系统的反应釜自动动态控制,为反应釜配备高精度的温度传感器,连接其与计算机等智能化设备,设计反应釜精准温控条件,并比较反应釜釜内温度和常温切热媒设定温度,以此为依据,实现反应釜釜内及夹套升温控制。实验结果证明,设计的温度自动控制方法应用效果良好,可以有效降低温度自动控制偏差,且超调量与调节时间较短,可保证温度调节的准确性。In order to achieve precise temperature adjustment and automatic control during the operation of the reaction kettle,the TCU system is introduced to carry out the design and research of automatic control methods for the temperature inside the reaction kettle and the jacket.This method mainly utilizes the ethylene glycol circuit to provide constant temperature control for the reaction kettle,designs an automatic dynamic control system based on the TCU system,equips the reaction kettle with highprecision temperature sensors,connects them with intelligent equipment such as computers,designs precise temperature control conditions for the reaction kettle,and compares the temperature inside the reaction kettle with the set temperature of the cutting heat medium at room temperature.Based on this,the temperature control inside the reaction kettle and the jacket are achieved.The experimental results prove that the designed automatic temperature control method has a good application effect,which can effectively reduce the deviation of automatic temperature control,and the overregulation and adjustment time are short,which can ensure the accuracy of temperature regulation.
