摘 要:车厢是矿用自卸车装载物料的重要零部件之一。由于物料在装载、卸载过程中是一个复杂多变的过程,且物料与车厢的碰撞是无规则的碰撞,所以不能使用单一理论或方法分析车厢。为了应对这种情况,提出一种基于DEM-FEM耦合计算的方法。在EDME中,模拟了物料从电铲料斗掉落到车厢以及车厢举高物料滑落出车厢的过程,得出了车厢的受力信息、载荷分布和磨损值,随后建立耦合计算通道,将其导入到有限元分析模块中,计算得出车厢在装料和卸料过程中所受的应力和应变,在此基础上使用疲劳寿命分析模块分析车厢寿命。The carriage is one of the important components for loading materials on mining dump trucks.Due to the complex and variable process of loading and unloading materials,and the irregular collision between materials and carriages,a single theory or method cannot be used to analyze carriages.To address this situation,a method based on DEM-FEM coupling calculation is proposed.In EDME,the process of materials falling from the electric shovel hopper to the carriage and materials sliding out of the carriage by lifting the carriage was simulated,and the force information,load distribution,and wear value of the carriage were obtained.Then,a coupled calculation channel was established and imported into the finite element analysis module to calculate the stress and strain of the carriage during loading and unloading.Based on this,the fatigue life analysis module was used to analyze the life of the carriage.
