摘 要:针对庞庞塔煤矿5#煤层工作面回采巷道断面大,工作面回采过程中巷道围岩变形大的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,优化原支护方案。优化后的支护方案如下:顶板采用φ21.8 mm×6 800 mm的预应力锚索,间排距为1 000 mm×1 000 mm,铺设φ6.5 mm的钢筋网,巷帮采用φ21.8 mm×2 200 mm的左旋螺纹钢锚杆。通过在5-109运输巷的现场试验发现,工作面回采过程中顶底板移近量最大值仅为75 mm,两帮变形量最大值仅为40 mm,表明优化后的支护方案能有效约束巷道围岩变形。In response to the problem of large cross-section of the mining roadway in the 5#coal seam of Pangpangta Coal Mine and large deformation of the surrounding rock during the mining process,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were used to optimize the original support plan.The optimized support plan is as follows:The top plate adoptsφ21.8 mm×6800 mm prestressed anchor cable with a spacing of 1000 mm×1000 mm,laidφ6.5 mm steel mesh,adopted for the roadway sideφ21.8 mm×2200 mm left-hand threaded steel anchor rod.Through on-site testing in the 5-109 transportation roadway,it was found that the maximum displacement of the roof and floor during the mining process was only 75 mm,and the maximum deformation of the two sides was only 40 mm,indicating that the optimized support scheme can effectively constrain the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway.
