摘  要:为解决高瓦斯煤矿矿井通风效率低和安全性差的问题,结合实际工程,对现有装置和系统进行升级改造。装置部分选用高精度Gill WindMaster Pro超声波风速仪,并配备其他瓦斯、振动等常规传感器。此外,还引入了基于模糊推理决策模块的变频调速技术以及风门联动控制技术。结果显示,此次开发的智能化控制系统能够在矿下瓦斯浓度超标、风速异常及电机过热等情况下实现快速响应,保证通风系统稳定运行。In order to solve the problem of low ventilation efficiency and poor safety in high-gas coal mines,the existing devices and systems are upgraded in combination with actual projects.High-precision Gill WindMaster Pro ultrasonic anemometer is used for the device part,and other conventional sensors such as gas and vibration are equipped.In addition,frequency conversion speed control technology based on fuzzy inference decision module and damper linkage control technology were introduced.The results show that the intelligent control system developed this time is able to achieve a quick response in case of gas concentration exceeding the standard,abnormal wind speed and overheating of the motor in the mine,ensuring the stable operation of the ventilation system.
