摘 要:为解决登茂通矿3210进风巷斜穿近距离采空区遗留煤柱的支护难题,借助数值模拟计算手段进行研究,发现距遗留煤柱中心-20~20 m范围内的巷道围岩变形量更大、损伤率更高。提出采用分区支护的方法,采空区下采用高强锚杆+锚索支护措施,巷道位于遗留煤柱显著影响区域时,增加单体柱+π型梁的支护措施。采用设计的分区支护方法后,经历邻近工作面采动影响后,遗留煤柱影响区域巷道变形量略大于采空区下,巷道围岩变形得到有效限制,应用效果良好。To solve the problem of supporting the remaining coal pillars in the close range goaf of the 3210 intake roadway of Dengmaotong Mine,numerical simulation calculation methods were used for research.It was found that the deformation and damage rate of the surrounding rock of the roadway within the range of-20~20 m from the center of the remaining coal pillars were greater.In this paper,the method of zonal support is proposed,high-strength anchor+cable support measures are adopted under the goaf,and the support measures of single pillar+π-type beam are added when the roadway is located in the area significantly affected by the remaining coal pillar.After adopting the designed zoned support method,the deformation of the roadway in the area affected by the remaining coal pillar is slightly greater than that under the gob area after the mining movement of the adjacent working face,and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is effectively limited,and the application effect is good.
