摘 要:针对风力发电机组,对变桨系统中变桨电机编码器与电机之间的安装结构的改进方案进行探讨。为优化结构安装的技术改进、降低设备故障率,以提高设备可靠稳定运行,给出了一种可行的变桨编码器与变桨电机安装结构的改进方案。改进结构由3个独立设计的用于编码器抬高的弧形爪座、加长的连轴器、加厚环形电机罩顶盖垫组成。实例应用表明,优化安装后风力发电机组编码器的温度未达到失效温度,变桨角度偏差有效降低,证明该方法具有良好的安装质量。This text discusses the improvement plan for the installation structure between the encoder of the pitch motor and the motor in the pitch system for wind turbine generator systems.In order to optimize the technical aspects of structural installation,reduce equipment failure rates,and thereby enhance the reliable and stable operation of the equipment,a feasible improvement plan for the installation structure of the pitch encoder and pitch motor is proposed.The improved structure consists of three independently designed arcuate claw seats for encoder elevation,an extended coupling,and a thickened ring-shaped motor cover top cap gasket.Practical applications have shown that after the optimized installation,the temperature of the encoder in the wind turbine generator system did not reach the failure temperature,and the pitch angle deviation was effectively reduced,proving that this method has good installation quality.
