摘 要:大力发展新型储能,对提高可再生能源利用率、实现“双碳”目标及建立新型电力体系具有重要意义。作为支撑新型电力系统的重要技术和基础装备,储能既能平滑不稳定的光伏电和风电,提高其占比,又能配合常规火电、核电等,为电力系统运行提供调峰调频等辅助服务,提高电力系统的灵活性。针对广东清远典型的地理特点、新能源禀赋以及电网结构特点,提出独立储能电站布点及接入系统的研究。Vigorously developing new energy storage is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of renewable energy,achieving the"dual carbon"goal,and establishing a new power system.As an important technology and basic equipment supporting the new power system,energy storage can not only smooth out unstable photovoltaic and wind power,increase their proportion,but also provide auxiliary services such as peak shaving and frequency regulation for the operation of the power system in conjunction with conventional thermal power,nuclear power,etc.,improving the flexibility of the power system.Based on the typical geographical characteristics,new energy endowment,and power grid structure of Qingyuan,Guangdong,a study is proposed on the distribution and access system of independent energy storage power stations.
