摘  要:风力发电因其绿色低碳、能源获取方便以及经济性高等优点,近年来迅猛发展,但其出力的波动性影响了电力系统的稳定。针对该问题,提出了基于风力发电的自动电压控制(AVC)技术。研究了一种利用风电变流器进行无功补偿的快速电压控制装置,该装置在常规自动电压控制装置的基础上增加了快速电压控制模块,可以通过软压板对快速电压控制模块进行投切,兼具了两种控制模式。快速电压控制通过设置电压调节步长,利用无功分配策略和算法进行控制,使电压快速稳步达到目标值。该装置可使得电压控制快速,过渡更加平稳,并具有更优的电压波动抑制性能。Wind power generation has developed rapidly in recent years due to its advantages of being green,low-carbon,easy to obtain energy,and high economic efficiency.However,the fluctuation of its output has affected the stability of the power system.An automatic voltage control(AVC)technology based on wind power generation has been proposed to address this issue.A fast voltage control device using wind power inverters for reactive power compensation has been studied.The device adds a fast voltage control module to the conventional automatic voltage control device,which can be switched on and off through a soft pressure plate,combining two control modes.Fast voltage control is achieved by setting the voltage adjustment step size and utilizing reactive power allocation strategies and algorithms to control the voltage to quickly and steadily reach the target value.This device can enable fast voltage control,smoother transition,and better voltage fluctuation suppression performance.
