复杂化工机械设备的安装与调试方案研究

摘　　要：复杂化工机械设备是化工企业运行、生产的必要工具,但设备构造复杂、零部件众多,导致设备安装与调试十分困难。为此,以大型反应釜系统为例,提出复杂化工机械设备的安装、调试方案,并对过程中的常见问题进行分析,以期为其他高性能复杂化工机械设备安装与调试提供参考。Complex chemical machinery and equipment are necessary tools for the operation and production of chemical enterprises,but the complex structure and numerous components of the equipment make installation and debugging very difficult.For this purpose,taking a large-scale reactor system as an example,a plan for the installation and commissioning of complex chemical machinery equipment is proposed,and common problems in the process are analyzed,in order to provide reference for the installation and commissioning of other high-performance complex chemical machinery equipment.
