摘 要:为满足新版GMP对制药设备清洁度的严苛要求,设计了一种基于深度学习的在线自动化清洗系统。该系统通过实时数据采集与深度学习算法,精准判断设备的清洁状态,并自主优化清洗参数。在实验验证中,所设计系统的污渍去除率、清洗均匀性以及资源利用效率均显著优于传统CIP系统,清洗效果更加稳定,有效提升了清洗效率和质量。In order to meet the strict requirements of the new version of GMP for the cleanliness of pharmaceutical equipment,this paper designs an online automated cleaning system based on deep learning.The system uses real-time data collection and deep learning algorithms to accurately determine the cleaning status of equipment and autonomously optimize cleaning parameters.In experimental verification,the designed system showed significantly better stain removal rate,cleaning uniformity,and resource utilization efficiency than traditional CIP systems.The cleaning effect was more stable,effectively improving cleaning efficiency and quality.
