摘 要:随着工业自动化和智能化的发展,对火电厂设备的实时监测需求也日益增强。针对这一需求,提出了一种基于物联网的火电厂设备实时监测系统。首先,详细分析了监测系统的功能;然后,设计了系统的总体架构;接着,探讨了硬件与软件实现的方法,并重点关注了传感器节点和数据分析与处理方法的研究。为验证系统的性能,通过一系列实验评估了系统在实际应用中的准确率、召回率及F1值。结果表明,所提系统在设备状态监测方面具有良好的准确性和稳定性,能够有效支持火电厂设备的实时监控和故障预警。With the development of industrial automation and intelligence,the demand for real-time monitoring of thermal power plant equipment is also increasing.In response to this demand,this paper proposes a real-time monitoring system for thermal power plant equipment based on Internet of Things.Firstly,the functions of the monitoring system were analyzed in detail.Then,the overall architecture of the system was designed.Next,the methods of hardware and software implementation were discussed,with a focus on the research of sensor nodes and data analysis and processing methods.To verify the performance of the system,this paper evaluates the accuracy,recall rate and F1 value of the system in practical applications through a series of experiments.The results show that the proposed system has good accuracy and stability in equipment status monitoring,and can effectively support real-time monitoring and fault warning of thermal power plant equipment.
