摘  要:为了更好地管理车辆,设计了基于车牌识别的停车场自动收费系统,由收费中心管理计算机进行统一管理。系统通过入口处拍摄的汽车图片,识别出车牌号码,然后存入数据库,出口处识别车牌号码,将其与数据库进行比对,并计算停车时间和费用,用户通过手机扫码缴费。服务器与管理工作站以局域网形式联接,系统上位机使用LabVIEW编程,利用NI Vision视觉模块识别车牌,系统以RS485形式联接下位机。自动收费系统开发周期短,节约了人力物力和时间,并提高了收费的准确率。In order to better manage vehicles,a parking lot automatic toll collection system based on license plate recognition has been designed,which is centrally managed by the toll center management computer.The system recognizes the license plate number from the car pictures taken at the entrance,and then stores it in the database.At the exit,the license plate number is recognized and compared with the database,and the parking time and cost are calculated.Users can pay by scanning the code on their mobile phones.The server and management workstation are connected in the form of a local area network,and the upper computer of the system is programmed using LabVIEW.The NI Vision visual module is used to recognize license plates,and the system is connected to the lower computer in the form of RS485.The development cycle of automatic toll collection system is short,saving manpower,material resources and time,and improving the accuracy of toll collection.
