电网工程中高压电缆接头温度在线监测技术研究

摘  要:基于河北省某地区电网高压电缆接头的温度监测需求,设计了一套在线监测系统。该系统包括传感层、通信层、数据处理层和用户接口层,通过PT1000铂电阻温度传感器、LoRa无线通信技术、边缘计算与云平台的数据处理架构,实现了对全长382 km电缆线路的温度实时监控。同时,该系统能够精准监测电缆接头的温度变化,识别温度异常并触发多级预警,以确保及时应对可能的过热风险。在实际应用中,系统的温度监测精度控制在±0.1℃以内,预警准确率达到97%,通信稳定性为99.7%。通过集成的GIS功能,运维人员能够迅速定位过热区域并快速处理,显著提升了电网故障响应效率。经过12个月的持续运行,该系统表现出良好的稳定性和环境适应性,为电网的安全运行提供了有力保障。This study designed an online monitoring system based on the temperature monitoring requirements of high-voltage cable joints in a certain area of the power grid in Hebei Province.The system includes the sensor layer,communication layer,data processing layer and user interface layer.Through the data processing architecture of PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor,LoRa wireless communication technology,edge computing and cloud platform,the real-time monitoring of the temperature of the 382 km cable line is realized.At the same time,the system can accurately monitor the temperature changes of cable joints,identify temperature anomalies,and trigger multi-level warnings to ensure timely response to possible overheating risks.In practical applications,the temperature monitoring accuracy of the system is controlled within±0.1℃,the warning accuracy reaches 97%,and the communication stability is 99.7%.Through the integrated GIS function,operation and maintenance personnel can quickly locate overheated areas and handle them quickly,significantly improving the efficiency of power grid fault response.After 12 months of continuous operation,the system has shown good stability and environmental adaptability,providing strong guarantees for the safe operation of the power grid.
