摘　　要：DCS系统的安装调试技术直接影响火电厂的安全运行和经济效益。研究火电厂DCS热控自动化系统的安装调试技术,旨在提高系统的稳定性。介绍火电厂DCS系统的基本构成,详细阐述DCS系统安装步骤,包括选择安装环境、安装硬件设备、规范接地要求、设计敷设电缆等关键环节。在调试阶段,采用静态调试方法,分析常见问题调试,并提出针对性解决措施。The installation and debugging technology of DCS system directly affects the safe operation and economic benefits of thermal power plants.This paper aims to study the installation and commissioning technology of DCS thermal control automation system in thermal power plants,with the aim of improving the stability of the system.This paper introduces the basic composition of DCS system in thermal power plants,and elaborates on the installation steps of DCS system,including selecting installation environment,installing hardware equipment,standardizing grounding requirements,designing and laying cables,and other key links.During the debugging phase,static debugging methods are used to analyze common problems and propose targeted solutions.
