摘 要:针对电厂锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀、一氧化碳含量大等问题,通过数值模拟方法计算分析某四角切圆锅炉炉膛内流速、温度以及气氛场分布特征,发现锅炉分级燃烧方式使还原区及燃尽区CO及H_(2)S浓度较高,并以此为依据在还原区及燃尽区设置关键气氛场动态监测测点,为锅炉燃烧控制提供基础数据,进而实现锅炉高效、低碳、环保运行。In response to the problems of high temperature corrosion and high carbon monoxide content in the water-cooled wall of power plant boilers,numerical simulation methods were used to calculate and analyze the flow velocity,temperature,and atmosphere field distribution characteristics in the furnace of a four corner tangential boiler.It was found that the staged combustion mode of the boiler resulted in higher concentrations of CO and H_(2)S in the reduction and burnout zones.Based on this,key atmosphere field dynamic monitoring points were set up in the reduction and burnout zones to provide basic data for boiler combustion control,thereby achieving efficient,low-carbon,and environmentally friendly operation of the boiler.
