摘　　要：中国式现代化话语是对中国共产党领导中国现代化发展的话语描述,是从人类文明高度总结中国特色社会主义伟大实践的话语呈现。然而,中国式现代化的巨大发展优势没有获得与之相匹配的国际话语权。为重构国际话语秩序,丰富世界现代化话语理论,弘扬中国式现代化的时代价值,在对西方现代化反思和批判中寻找国际传播的机遇,全面提升中国式现代化国际话语权。加强中国式现代化国际话语传播的关键在于储备传播人才,融通中西语言;把握国际议题设置主动权,提升话语影响力;拓宽国际传播渠道,提升话语传播效能;善用智库力量,推动话语破壁出圈;研究国外受众,精准需求供给,不断增强中国式现代化话语在国际传播中的言说力、说服力和影响力,为人类文明进步贡献中国方案。The discourse on Chinese-style modernization describes the development of China′s modernization led by the Communist Party of China,it is a discourse presentation summarizing the successful practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of human civilization.However,the great development advantages of Chinese-style modernization have not gained the international discourse power that matches it.To reconstruct the international discourse order,enrich the discourse theory of world modernization,carry forward the era value of Chinese modernization,find the opportunity for international communication in the reflection and criticism of Western modernization,and comprehensively enhance the international discourse power of Chinese modernization.The key to strengthening the international discourse communication of Chinese-style modernization lies in the reserve of communication talents and the integration of Chinese and Western languages;grasping the initiative of international issue setting and enhancing the influence of discourse;broadening international communication channels and enhancing the effectiveness of discourse communication;make good use of the power of think tanks to promote discourse out of the fixed circle;it is essential to analyze the characteristics of international audiences,accurately address their needs,and consistently enhance the efficacy of Chinese-style modernization discourse in global communication.By doing so,we can contribute meaningfully to advancing human civilization.
