马克思主义生态观视域下的帝国主义生态霸权批判

摘　　要：资本主义的扩张造成全球政治经济格局发展不平衡,帝国主义的霸权已经从政治、经济、文化领域扩展到了生态领域,西方发达资本主义国家通过生产和消费方式的渗透、国际体系与国际秩序的规制、意识形态和话语体系的控制等手段,在经济、政治、文化等多个维度上形成并运行着体系化的帝国主义生态霸权机制。帝国主义生态霸权加剧了全球性生态危机、扩大了南北方发展差距、加深了人与自然关系的异化,其现实危害日益突出。为应对帝国主义生态霸权行径的威胁,广大发展中国家必须克服资本逻辑的全球扩张,实现可再生能源与低碳转型,加快构建新型国际秩序与国际关系,积极重塑全球生态话语体系和全球共识,加强国际合作进行全球生态环境治理,重塑全球生态伦理话语体系,有效抵制帝国主义生态霸权,切实推动全球生态文明建设。The global expansion of capitalism has resulted in the unbalanced development of the global economic and political pattern,and the imperialist hegemony has expanded from the political,economic and cultural fields to the ecological field.Based on the penetration of production and consumption modes,the regulation of the international system and international order,and the control of ideology and discourse system,Western developed capitalist countries run a whole set of imperialist ecological hegemonic mechanisms in economic,political and cultural dimensions.The imperialist ecological hegemony has aggravated the global ecological crisis,widened the development gap between the North and the South,and deepened the alienation of the relationship between man and nature,and its actual harm has become increasingly prominent.To cope with the threat of imperialist ecological hegemony,the developing countries must confront the global expansion of capitalist logic and strive to achieve a transition to renewable energy and low-carbon systems.They should accelerate the creation of a new international order and foster better international relations.Additionally,it is important to actively reshape the global ecological discourse and reach a global consensus.Strengthening international cooperation for the governance of the global ecological environment is crucial.Developing countries should also work to redefine global ecological ethics,effectively resist imperialistic ecological hegemony,and promote the establishment of a global ecological civilization.
