摘 要:研究农业水资源利用绿色效率旨在推动绿色生态经济发展和实现中国生态经济高质量发展。本研究以2007-2021年西南地区云南、贵州、四川、重庆、西藏5省市农业水资源相关数据为基础,运用四阶段DEA和Malmquist指数对西南地区农业水资源进行效率测算,同时运用Moran′s I指数和Arc Gis分析西南地区农业水资源利用绿色效率时空演变特征。结果表明:2007-2021年西南地区各省市农业水资源利用绿色效率值总体分布在0.8~1.0之间,呈先下降后上升趋势,大部分省市效率值在0.9以上,状态较好,效率较高省市包括四川、贵州和重庆,较低省市为西藏;西南地区各省市农业水资源发展呈现不平衡、不均匀特征,由于地区发展程度、资源利用水平和区域地理位置的不同,各省市均值差异较大,变化趋势无明显规律;2007-2021年西南地区云南、贵州和四川全要素生产率指数高于1,云南、贵州和四川技术效率变动和规模效率变动指数均高于1,贵州和四川技术进步指数高于1,西藏和重庆的全要素生产率指数低于1,技术效率与全要素生产率同步变化,综合技术与技术进步都会影响地区农业水资源利用绿色效率。总体而言,西南地区农业水资源利用绿色效率仍有较大提升空间,需不断调整和完善各省市的农业水资源利用绿色效率发展政策,注重各地区之间农业水资源利用绿色效率的综合提升。The study of green efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization promotes the development of a green ecological economy and realizes the high-quality development of China′s ecological economy.Based on the data on agricultural water resources in 5 provinces and cities in southwest China(Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Chongqing,Xizang)from 2007 to 2021,this paper uses the four-stage DEA-Malmquist index to measure the efficiency of agricultural water resources in southwest China,and analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the green efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization by using Moran′s I index and Arc Gis in southwest China.The results show that from 2007 to 2021,the green efficiency value of agricultural water resources utilization in southwest China is generally distributed between 0.8 and 1.0,with a trend of first decline and then rise,the efficiency value of most provinces and cities is above 0.9.In good condition,more efficient provinces and cities include Sichuan,Guizhou,and Chongqing,while the least efficient province is Xizang.The development of agricultural water resources in southwest China is inconsistent and unequal.Due to differences in regional development,resource utilization levels,and geographical locations,the mean differences between provinces and cities are significant,with no clear trend observed.From 2007 to 2021,the total factor productivity index of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan in southwest China is higher than 1.The technical efficiency change and scale efficiency change index of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan are all higher than 1.Technological progress index in Guizhou and Sichuan is above 1.The total factor productivity index in Xizang and Chongqing is below 1.This shows that changes in technical efficiency are aligned with total factor productivity.Comprehensive technology and advancements will influence the green efficiency of regional agricultural water resource utilization.Overall,there is significant potential for improving the green efficiency of a
