农户兼业对农村人居环境治理参与行为的影响研究

摘　　要：运用有序Logit模型与中介效应模型,利用“中国乡村振兴调查”数据,以农户参与行为作为被解释变量,农户兼业作为核心解释变量,实证分析农户兼业对农村人居环境治理参与行为的影响。结果表明:农户兼业程度越高,农户的农村人居环境治理参与行为越容易发生,其中农户认知在农户兼业对农村人居环境治理参与行为的影响中具有重要的中介效应;户主特征、家庭特征、受教育程度、地区经济发展水平可以有效推动农户的直接参与行为。据此提出提高农户兼业化水平、提高农户认知水平、鼓励农户继续学习等建议,以期增加农户需求、激发农户参与积极性、促进农户参与有效性。Using the ordered Logit model and mediating effect model and the data of′China Rural Revitalization Survey′,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of farmers′concurrent employment on their participation in the governance of rural human settlement environments.Specifically,it considers farmers′participation behavior as the explained variable and concurrent employment as the primary explanatory variable.The results show that the higher the degree of farmers′concurrent employment is,the more likely the farmers′participation in rural human settlement environmental governance is.Among them,farmers′understanding significantly mediates the impact of their concurrent employment on participating in rural settlement environmental governance;the characteristics of household head,family characteristics,education level,and regional economic development level can effectively promote the direct participation behavior of farmers.According to this,some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of concurrent employment of farmers,improve farmers′cognitive level,and encourage farmers to continue learning,to increase farmers′demand,stimulate farmers′enthusiasm for participation,and promote the effectiveness of farmers′participation.
