负荷变形维卡软化温度测试仪校准方法研究

摘　　要：负荷变形维卡软化温度测试仪是一种用于测试热塑性塑料、硬橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料、长纤维增强复合材料等高分子材料热性能的仪器。本文通过对其结构及工作原理进行分析,确定主要性能指标为变形量示值误差、负荷力相对误差、温度示值误差、升温速率误差等。同时,针对该技术指标及技术要求,确定校准方法及所需测量标准,并通过对11种不同型号负荷变形维卡软化温度测试仪的实际测试,验证该方法的可行性。The load deformation Vica softening temperature tester is a kind of instrument used to test the thermal properties of high polymer materials such as thermoplastics,hard rubber,nylon,electrical insulation materials,long fiber reinforced composite materials.By analyzing its structure and working principle,the main performance indexes are determined to be the error of deformation indication,the relative error of load force,the error of temperature indication and the error of heating rate.At the same time,according to the technical index and technical requirements,the calibration method and the required measurement standard are determined,and the feasibility of the method is verified by the actual test of 11 different models of load deformation Vica softening temperature tester.
