摘　　要：本文根据比例方向阀测试要求,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的自动测试台,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该测试台不仅能实现全自动测试,包括空载流量、负载流量、单边节流、压力增益、内泄漏、阶跃试验和频响试验等特性的测量,满足企业生产需求,而且频响试验流程优化后,能使测试效率和精确性得到显著提升。According to the test requirements of proportional directional valve,an automatic test bench based on LabVIEW is designed and verified.The results show that the test bench can not only realize automatic test,including no-load flow,load flow,unilateral throttling,pressure gain,internal leakage,step test and frequency response test and other characteristics of measurement,to meet the production needs of enterprises,but also optimize the frequency response test process,the test efficiency and accuracy can be significantly improved.
