汽车排气污染物检测用底盘测功机日常校准方法的探究

摘　　要：机动车尾气中的大量有害物质已成为空气污染的主要来源之一。其检测站对尾气排放的测量主要采用汽车底盘测功机与汽车排放气体测试仪相配合的方式,但测功机的转度、扭力、功率吸收装置等会直接影响测量结果。因此,需进行日常校准。为确保排放量正常和准确的测量,本文针对底盘测功机的校准方法及注意事项进行探究。A large number of harmful substances in vehicle exhaust have become one of the main sources of air pollution.The test station mainly uses the combination of vehicle chassis dynamometer and vehicle emission gas tester to measure the exhaust emissions,but the rotation,torque and power absorption device of the dynamometer directly affect the measurement results.Therefore,daily calibration is required.In order to ensure the normal and accurate measurement of emissions,this paper probes into the calibration method and precautions of chassis dynamometer.
