摘　　要：本文旨在制备可用于尿液干化学和尿液有形成分分析的液体质控品、对干化学法尿液分析仪及其试纸条检测和尿液有形分析仪的质量控制。同时,使用全自动尿液分析仪,对质控品的靶标值、均匀性、4℃开瓶稳定性、(20±5)℃稳定性和60℃加速稳定性等进行评价。结果表明:液体形式的质控品的不同组分之间不会对检测结果产生相互干扰,且结果能与预期值一致,均匀性良好,在4℃、(20±5)℃和60℃的条件下均较为稳定。The purpose of this paper is to prepare liquid quality control products which can be used for urine dry chemistry and urine visible composition analysis,the test of dry chemical urine analyzer and its test strip and the quality control of urine visible analyzer.At the same time,automatic urine analyzer was used to evaluate the target value,uniformity,bottle opening stability at 4℃,(20±5)℃ and accelerated stability at 60℃.The results show that the different components of the liquid quality control product will not interfere with each other,and the results can be consistent with the expected value,and the uniformity is good,and the conditions are relatively stable at 4℃,(20±5)℃ and 60℃.
