摘  要:环己酮肟作为己内酰胺生产的关键中间体,其生产工艺备受关注。氨肟化法作为新开发的工艺,具有工艺简单、投资低、环境影响小等优点。综述了以环己酮为原料,在硅钛分子筛(TS-1)催化剂作用下生产环己酮肟的绿色工艺技术和TS-1催化剂研究进展。该工艺通过集成H_(2)O_(2)合成与氨肟化反应,削减了运输及制造成本,并实现了高效的无溶剂液-固非均相反应。TS-1催化剂因其高选择性和稳定性在环己酮肟化等领域展现出巨大潜力。为实现TS-1催化剂的分离回收,开发了一种高效的过滤分离方法。此外,原位生成H_(2)O_(2)并与环己酮反应转化为肟的新方案解决了H_(2)O_(2)制造中的经济和环境问题。这些研究为环己酮肟的工业生产提供了新的思路和方法。The production process of cyclohexanone oxime,a crucial intermediate in the manufacture of caprolactam,has been the subject of considerable scrutiny.As a recently developed process,ammonia oximisation offers the benefits of a straightforward methodology,minimal capital expenditure and a reduced environmental footprint.The green process technology for the production of cyclohexanone oxime from cyclohexanone in the presence of a titanium silicate molecular sieve(TS-1)catalyst,together with an account of the progress of TS-1 catalyst research.The integration of H_(2)O_(2)synthesis and ammonia oximization results in a reduction of transportation and manufacturing costs,as well as an efficient solvent-free liquid-solid inhomogeneous reaction.The TS-1 catalyst demonstrates significant potential in areas such as cyclohexanone oximization due to its high selectivity and stability.To achieve the separation and recovery of the TS-1 catalyst,an effective filtration separation method is devised.Furthermore,a novel approach for the in situ generation of H_(2)O_(2)and its conversion to oxime through reaction with cyclohexanone has been developed,offering solutions to the economic and environmental challenges associated with the manufacture of H_(2)O_(2).These studies have yielded insights and methodologies that can be applied to the industrial production of cyclohexanone oxime.
