摘 要:聚砜中的环状低聚体在水处理膜、医用分离膜等生产和使用过程中,易从溶液中结晶析出、黏附在设备中,对设备造成污染,增加生产成本,使膜的表面出现缺陷等问题。环状低聚体对注塑件的透光性会有较大影响。因此,降低环状低聚体的含量是目前聚砜工业化生产领域的关键技术之一。重点从聚合阶段和后处理阶段两方面综述了现有低环状低聚体含量聚砜控制方法,从工业化实际应用角度分析其可行性,并对其未来的研究方向提出思考和展望。In the process of production and use of water treatment membrane and medical separation membrane,the cyclic oligomers in polysulfone are easy to crystallize out of the solution and adhere to the equipment,which causes pollution to the equipment,increases the production cost,and causes defects on the surface of the membrane.Annular oligomers have great influence on the light transmittance of injection molded parts.Therefore,reducing the content of cyclic oligomers is one of the key technologies in the industrial production of polysul fone.The current control methods of polysulfone with low cyclic oligomer content were reviewed from polymerization stage and post-treatment stage,and their feasibility was analyzed from the perspective of industrial application,and the future research direction was put forward.
