配方硅铝比对莫来石蜂窝陶瓷显微形貌和性能的影响

摘  要:以钾长石、高岭土、二氧化硅和煅烧氧化铝为原料,采用挤出成型技术和常压烧结法制备了莫来石蜂窝陶瓷,研究了配方硅铝比对莫来石蜂窝陶瓷相组成、形貌、比热容等的影响。结果表明:富硅样品具有最高的比热容;二氧化硅(SiO_(2))与氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))质量比为1:1时,样品具有最高的体积密度和最低的气孔率;富铝样品具有莫来石和刚玉物相,气孔率显著增大。随着配方硅铝比的降低,莫来石晶型由针状逐渐变为长条状,蜂窝陶瓷的烧成体积收缩率和耐酸度不断下降。Honeycomb mullite ceramics were fabricated with potassium feldspar,kaolin,silica,and calcined alumina employing extrusion molding and atmospheric pressure sintering.And the effects of raw material silicon-aluminum ratio on its phase composition,morphology and specific heat capacity were studied.The results showed that the silicon-rich sample had the highest specific heat capacity.When the mass ratio of silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))to aluminium oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))is 1:1,the sample has the highest bulk density and the lowest porosity.However,the aluminum-rich sample showed a significant increase in porosity and exhibited phases of mullite and corundum.The morphology of mullite transitioned from needle-like to rod-shaped with the reduction in the silicon-aluminum ratio of the raw materials.Concurrently,its volume shrinkage ratio during calcination and acid resistance continued to decrease.
