摘 要:常规高钛高炉渣粉体用作水泥混合材时存在活性低且用量有限的不足。超细粉体具有比表面积大、活性点位丰富的特点,然而将高钛高炉渣加工成为超细粉用作混合材的研究鲜有报道。基于此,将高钛高炉渣加工成为不同细度的超细粉体,并研究了该超细粉体作为水泥混合材的水化活性和水化产物特征。结果表明,平均粒径分布为5.53μm和2.65μm的高钛高炉渣超细粉在28 d的活性指数分别达到67.4%和73.6%,高于常规高钛高炉渣微粉,表明超细加工可以一定程度上改善此种冶金废渣的活性。高钛高炉渣超细粉中的钙钛矿等惰性矿物仍稳定存在,在水泥胶砂中可以作为微集料起到填充作用。鉴于水泥熟料生产带来的污染排放及天然资源消耗,高钛高炉渣超细粉作为水泥混合材等是其规模化利用的重要途径。Conventional TBFS(high titanium blast furnace slag)powders suffer from low activity and limited dosage when used as cement admixture.Ultrafine powder has characteristics of large specific surface area and abundant exposed active sites,however,there is little research on ultrafine processing of TBFS to cement admixture.Based on this,TBFS was processed into ultrafine powders with different fineness,and the hydration activity and product characteristics of ultrafine powders as cement admixture were investigated.The results show that activity indices of the ultrafine powder with average particle size distribution of 5.53μm and 2.65μm reach 67.4%and 73.6%at 28 d,respectively,which is higher than those of the conventional TBFS powder,indicating that the ultrafine processing can improve the activity of this metallurgical slag to a certain extent.Inert minerals such as perovskite in ultrafine powder of TBFS still exist stably and can play a filling role as microaggregate in cement concrete.In view of the pollution emission and natural resource consumption caused by cement clinker production,the utilization of ultrafine powders of TBFS as cement admixture may be an important way in large scale.
