摘  要:深入探讨S Zorb装置中水对吸附剂失活的影响,分析了水失活的机制、水失活的场所,并提出相应的解决策略。通过优化工艺操作、加强设备管理及严格原料控制等措施,可以有效降低S Zorb装置吸附剂的失活风险,并提高其运行效率和经济性,保障装置的长周期稳定运行和产品的脱硫质量。In-depth exploration of the impact of water on adsorbent deactivation in the S Zorb unit,the mechanism and locations of water-induced deactivation,and proposes corresponding solutions are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.By optimizing process operations,strengthening equipment management,and strictly controlling raw materials,the risk of adsorbent deactivation in the S Zorb unit can be effectively reduced,thereby improving its operational efficiency and economic performance.This ensures the long-term stable operation of the unit and the desulfurization quality of the products.
