摘  要:为了研究聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的吸水性能和耐盐性能,研究以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N'N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺胺(NMBA)为交联剂,通过以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发体系和过硫酸钾—亚硫酸氢钠(K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)-NaHSO_(3))为氧化还原体系分别实现制得PAM吸水树脂。实验结果表明,过硫酸钾为引发体系中AM的用量为5%,NMBA用量为0.1%,KPS用量为0.8%,反应温度为70~80℃,所制得的PAM树脂在去离子水中的吸水倍率为37 g/g,在盐溶液中的吸液倍率为25 g/g。过硫酸钾—亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原体系中AM的用量为5%,NMBA用量为0.1%,KPS用量为0.6%,NaHSO_(3)用量为0.3%,反应温度在45℃,所制得的PAM树脂在去离子水中的吸水倍率为42 g/g,在盐溶液中的吸液倍率为29 g/g。In order to study the water absorption and salt tolerance of polyacrylamide(PAM),acrylamide(AM)was used as monomer and N’N-methylenebisacryloyl(NMBA)as crosslinker,and potassium persulfate-sodium bisulfite-sodium bisulfite(K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)-NaHSO_(3))was used as the redox system to prepare PAM absorbent resin.The experimental results show that the potassium persulfate is 5%AM,0.1%NMBA,0.8%KPS,and the reaction temperature is 70~80℃and the water absorption rate of the prepared PAM resin in deionized water is 37 g/g,and the absorption rate in salt solution is 25 g/g.The dosage of AM,NMBA is 0.1%,KPS is 0.6%,and NaHSO_(3) is 0.3%,and the reaction temperature is 45℃,and the water absorption rate of the prepared PAM resin in deionized water is 42 g/g,and the absorption rate in salt solution is 29 g/g.
