摘  要:探讨通过测量气液混合丙酮尾气采样气袋中凝液质量和使用排水法检测样品气体体积,联用氢火焰离子检测器FID和气相色谱仪分别检测尾气样品丙酮浓度和凝液丙酮浓度,综合得到丙酮浓度,解决实际生产中无法检测丙酮吸附床排放“白汽”丙酮浓度的问题。针对少数吸附床排放“白汽”丙酮浓度偏高,建议优化吸附工艺和解析工艺,实现全吸附阶段尾气达标排放。The acetone concentration was obtained by measuring the condensate quality in the gas-liquid mixed acetone tail gas sampling bag and using the drainage method to detect the volume of the sample gas.The acetone concentration was obtained by using the hydrogen flame ion detector FID and gas chromatograph to solve the problem that the acetone concentration of"white steam"discharged from the acetone adsorption bed could not be detected in actual production.In view of the high concentration of"white steam"acetone emitted by a few adsorption beds,it is suggested to optimize the adsorption process and desorption process to achieve the standard exhaust emission in the whole adsorption stage.
