回转窑焚烧危险废物的结焦特性研究

摘  要:针对回转窑焚烧危险废物运行过程中经常出现的结焦问题,采用扫描电镜技术、能谱分析和X射线衍射等分析技术对回转窑内壁结焦物样品进行了研究。研究结果表明结焦物中主要含有Na、Si、Al、C、K和Ca等元素,结焦物化学组成复杂多样,主要含有Na_(2)O和CaO等低熔点碱性氧化物;扫描电镜技术分析结果表明回转窑内壁结焦物没有显著的微观孔洞,说明焚烧物经回转窑高温焚烧后形成的残渣在熔融状态下重新组合而形成了具有致密结构的结焦产物。To solve the slagging problem during the operating period of hazardous waste incineration system with rotary kiln,the electron microscope technology(SEM),X-ray energy spectrum analysis(EDS)and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)are scanned to study the hazardous waste residue characteristics in rotary kiln.The results show that the slagging contains elements such as Na,Si,Al,C,K and Ca,the chemical composition is complex and diverse,mainly containing low melting point basic oxides such as Na_(2)O and CaO.The analysis results of SEM show that there are no significant micro pores in the slagging,which indicates that the slagging formed by high-temperature in rotary kiln recombine in a molten state with a dense structure.
