“两级A/O+MBR+两级芬顿”耦合“一级DTRO”全量化处理垃圾填埋场存量高盐渗滤液工程案例分析

摘　　要：目的:利用简化后的“一级DTRO”膜的除盐能力维持“两级A/O+MBR”非膜法系统生化池中微生物活性,探究该耦合工艺在存量高盐渗滤液处理过程中的运行效果。方法:利用DTRO膜的除盐能力维持非膜法生化池中含盐量处于微生物对盐度的耐受范围内,确保生化系统对COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效率。结果:无浓缩液回灌后,原水及生化池中各污染物浓度及氯离子含量持续降低,生化系统稳定运行。原水进水量持续增加至设计水量,且无浓缩液回灌。另外“一级DTRO”膜系统运行一段时间后可以停止运行,后期完全以“两级A/O+MBR+两级芬顿”非膜法工艺全量化运行。结论:该组合工艺对含浓缩液的存量高盐渗滤液处理效果总体较好,出水能够稳定达标,但运行前期处理水量较设计水量偏低。“一级DTRO”装置可考虑为移动式或短期租赁形式,减少前期投资及后期闲置问题。Objective:To maintain the microbial activity in"two-stage A/O+MBR"non-membrane system by using the desalting capacity of the simplified"first-stage DTRO"membrane,and to explore the operation effect of the coupling process in the treatment of high-salinity leachate.Methods:The desalting ability of DTRO membrane was used to maintain the salt content in the non-membrane biochemical tank within the tolerance range of microorganisms to salinity,so as to ensure the removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the biochemical system.Results:After recharging without concentrated liquid,the concentration of pollutants and chloride content in raw water and biochemical tank continued to decrease,and the biochemical system ran stably.The inflow of raw water was continuously increased to the designed amount,and no concentrated liquid was refilled.In addition,the"first-stage DTRO"membrane system can be stopped after running for A period of time,and the later stage is fully quantified by the"two-stage A/O+MBR+two-stage Fenton"non-membrane process.Conclusion:The combined process has a good effect on the treatment of high-salt leachate containing concentrated liquid,and the effluent can reach the standard stably,but the water treated in the early stage of operation is lower than the designed water.The"first-stage DTRO"unit can be considered as a mobile or short-term rental form,reducing the upfront investment and later idle problems.
