摘  要:连云港某化工企业生产染料及染料中间体,在生产过程中产生含盐工艺废水(COD、氨氮、盐分及色度高)、其他工艺废水、生产配套废水及低浓度废水,主体采用蒸发-Fe/C-Fenton-氨氮吹脱-生化工艺进行处理,日平均排放水量约121 m^(3)/d的情况下,出水COD为328 mg/L,NH_(3)-N为34 mg/L,能够稳定达到连云港临港产业园污水处理厂接管标准。A chemical enterprise in Lianyungang produces dyestuffs and dyestuffintermediates,and generates saline process wastewater(high COD,ammonia nitrogen,salinity and chromaticity),other process wastewater,production ancillary wastewater and low-concentration wastewater in the production process,and the main body adopts the evaporation-Fe/C-Fenton-ammonia nitrogen stripping-biochemical process for treatment,and the daily average discharge water volume is about 121 m^(3)/d,and the effluent COD is 328 mg/L and NH_(3)-N is 34 mg/L,which can reach the standard of Lianyungang Lingang Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Plant stably.
