摘  要:针对高瓦斯赋存矿井瓦斯浓度高、瓦斯涌出量大的情况,以某矿150110综采工作面为工程背景,根据回采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测分析结果,采用分源瓦斯抽采工艺分别对本煤层及邻近层瓦斯进行工作面瓦斯预抽。在运输顺槽、回风顺槽及切眼施工顺层钻孔进行本煤层瓦斯预抽边采边抽,邻近层采用高抽巷和“以孔代巷”相结合的抽采工艺对赋存瓦斯进行分源抽采,工作面瓦斯抽采总量为452.6万m^(3)。根据现场实测最大瓦斯含量为5.93 m^(3)/t,均未超过可解吸瓦斯含量临界值6 m^(3)/t,其抽采效果达标,为同地质条件下的预抽煤层瓦斯实践提供一定的理论指导。In response to the high gas concentration and large gas emission in mines with high gas occurrence,taking the 150110 fully mechanized mining face of a certain mine as the engineering background,based on the prediction and analysis results of gas emission in the mining face,the gas pre extraction process is adopted to extract gas from this coal seam and adjacent layers separately.Pre extraction and simultaneous extraction of gas in this coal seam were carried out by drilling along the transportation and return air ducts,as well as cutting holes.The adjacent layers were subjected to separate source extraction of gas using a combination of high extraction roadway and"hole instead of roadway"extraction technology.The total amount of gas extraction in the working face was 4.526 million cubic meters.According to on-site measurements,the maximum gas content is 5.93 m^(3)/t,which does not exceed the critical value of 6 m^(3)/t for desorbable gas content.The extraction effect meets the standard,providing theoretical guidance for pre extraction of coalbed methane under the same geological conditions.
