摘  要:合理设计和开发基于非贵金属元素的析氧反应(Oxygen Evolution Reaotion,OER)新型催化剂对于能量转换和储存具有重要价值。在此,首次报道了一种经济高效、易于合成的浸入腐蚀法,可以将多孔泡沫镍转化为高催化活性和稳定性的OER电极。实验表明,通过简单的浸没腐蚀手段获得的疏气电极对OER表现出优异的催化活性,在仅271 mV的过电势下可获得100 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度,塔菲尔斜率低至30.1 mV·dec^(-1),并且催化电极展示出极佳的稳定性,该Fe掺杂NiOOH的合成方法有望广泛应用于电解水领域,推动氢能产业的发展。Rational design and development of novel catalysts based on non-precious elements for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are of great value to energy conversion and storage.Herein,we firstly present a cost-effective,easy-synthesis immersion corrosion method,which can transform porous nickel foam into highly efficient and stable electrodes for OER.Ultrathin nickel-iron layered double oxyhydroxide array is obtained by immersing the nickel foam into a solution containing divalent iron cations at ambient temperature.The aerophobic electrode obtained through a simple immersion corrosion technique exhibits excellent catalytic activity towards OER,which only requires an overpotential of 271 mV to obtain a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2) with a low Tafel slope of 30.1 mV·dec^(-1) and remarkable stability.The compelling synthesis method of Fe-doped NiO-OH is expected to be extensively applied to electrolysis water.
