摘　　要：为解决建筑内部的霉菌滋生问题,提高建筑空间的清洁性和美观度,新型涂料应用广泛。首先介绍了防霉抗菌涂料的性能特点和分类,分析了建筑内部霉菌容易滋生的原因;然后从家庭室内装修、公共场所、工业生产车间3个方面阐述了防霉抗菌涂料的应用情况,并对使用效果展开评价。为防霉抗菌涂料的工程应用提供新思路,充分发挥出该涂料的性能优点,切实改善建筑内部空间环境,提高人们的舒适度。In order to solve the problem of mold breeding in buildings and improve the cleanliness and aesthetics of building space,new coatings are widely used.Firstly,the characteristics and classification of mildew-proof and antibacterial coatings are introduced,and the reasons why mold is easy to breed in buildings are analyzed.Then,the application of mildew-proof and antibacterial coatings is expounded from three aspects:home interior decoration,public places and industrial production workshops,and the use effect is evaluated.New ideas are provided for the engineering application of mildew-proof and antibacterial coatings,and the performance advantages of the coatings are fully exerted,so as to effectively improve the internal space environment of buildings and improve people's comfort.
