生物质型煤制备及成型条件优化研究

摘  要:生物质与粉煤灰混合后利用冷压成型技术压缩制备的型煤,是一种新型能源。主要以木屑、猪粪、粉煤灰为原料,通过对成型过程的持续优化,制得生物质型煤。研究了不同木屑用量、木屑粒径大小、水添加量等对生物质型煤一般性能和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:木屑添加量在50%时,用水量160 mL,型煤跌落强度达87.7%,抗压强度达1.48 MPa,此时的生物质型煤便于储运,抗破碎强度最大。木屑添加量在60%时,木屑粒径0.1 mm,猪粪粒径0.28 mm,型煤着火时长达12 s、型煤燃烧时长达35 min,生物质型煤着火点低,着火迅速,燃烧更加充分。因此,利用生物质制备型煤,充分体现了替代传统燃煤、推动可再生能源利用方面的广阔前景。Briquette is a new type of energy,which is produced by cold pressing technology after mixing biomass and fly ash.Wood chips,pig manure,fly ash as raw materials,through the continuous optimization of the molding process produce biomass briquette.The effects of different amount of wood chips,particle size of wood chips and amount of water added on the general properties and combustion performance of biomass briquette were studied.The results show that:When the amount of wood chips is 50%,the water consumption is 160 mL,the drop strength of briquette is 87.7%,and the compressive strength is 1.48 MPa.At this time,the biomass briquette is convenient for storage and transportation,and the crushing strength is the largest.When the additive amount of wood chips is 60%,the particle size of wood chips is 0.1 mm,the particle size of pig manure is 0.28 mm,the ignition time of briquette is 12 s,and the combustion time of briquette is 35 min.The ignition point of biomass briquette is low,the ignition is rapid,and the combustion is more full.Therefore,the use of biomass to prepare briquette fully reflects the broad prospects of replacing traditional coal burning and promoting the utilization of renewable energy.
