摘　　要：目的:构建中医院女性盆底功能障碍服务能力评价指标体系,为中医院开展女性盆底功能康复工作提供参考。方法:基于检索文献、查阅相关国家政策文件和行业标准,运用头脑风暴法等,拟定中医院女性盆底功能障碍建设评价指标的条目池。便利取15位医疗、护理专家进行2轮Delphi专家咨询。依据专家建议及课题组研讨,对调查问卷的条目进行修改、增删,形成女性盆底功能障碍建设评价指标体系。此外,通过层次分析法对指标权重进行了精确计算,并运用该指标体系对江苏省内8家中医院的盆底功能障碍服务能力进行了评估。结果:确定中医院女性盆底功能障碍建设评价指标体系包含3个1级指标,12个2级指标,66个3级指标。2轮Delphi问卷调查的专家积极系数为100%,专家权威性系数分别为0.920、0.930,专家协调系数分别为0.236、0.272(均P<0.001)。结论:构建的中医院女性盆底功能障碍服务能力评价指标体系具有权威性与科学性,且纳入了中医管理内容,可为中医院提高女性盆底功能障碍评估标准提供参考,也同时反映了中医院的盆底康复能力和水平。Objective:To establish an evaluation index system for capacity treating female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals,providing a reference for improving PFD rehabilitation services.Methods:Based on literature reviews,national policies,and industry standards,a preliminary pool of evaluation indicators was developed using brainstorming.A convenience sample of 15 medical and nursing experts participated in two rounds of Delphi consultations.The questionnaire items were revised through expert feedback and research group discussions to finalize the evaluation index system.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to calculate indicator weights,and the system was applied to assess the PFD service capacity of eight TCM hospitals in Jiangsu Province.Results:The finalized evaluation system included 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 66 third-level indicators.Both Delphi rounds achieved a 100%expert response rate,with authority coefficients of 0.920 and 0.930,and coordination coefficients of 0.236 and 0.272(P<0.001).Conclusion:The constructed evaluation system is scientific and authoritative,incorporating TCM management elements,which serves as a practical reference for TCM hospitals to improve the assessment standards of female pelvic floor dysfunction and also reflects the pelvic floor rehabilitation ability and level of TCM hospitals.
