摘　　要：目的:探讨基于时间理论的家庭干预在低出生体重儿(LBWI)中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2024年7月安徽医科大学附属宿州医院158例LBWI,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=79)、干预组(n=79)。对照组予以常规护理,干预组在上述基础上予以基于时间理论的家庭干预,比较两组喂养情况、生长发育情况、家长照顾能力及父母紧张焦虑(PSS:NICU)评分。结果:干预组出院后1个月内纯母乳喂养率较对照组高,喂养不耐受率较对照组低(P<0.05);经重复测量方差分析,出院时、出院后1个月,干预组头围、体重、身长均优于对照组,家长照顾能力各维度评分较对照组高,PSS:NICU评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:基于时间理论的家庭干预可有效改善LBWI喂养状态,缓解父母紧张焦虑情绪,提高家长照顾能力,改善LBWI生长发育结局。Objective:To explore the application effect of family intervention based on time theory in low birth weight infants(LBWI).Methods:158 cases of LBWI in Suzhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2022 to July 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=79)and an intervention group(n=79).The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given time-based family intervention on top of the above.The feeding situation,growth and development,parental care ability and PSS:NICU:score of parents were compared between the two groups.Results:The exclusive breastfeeding rate in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group within one month after discharge,and the feeding intolerance rate was lower(P<0.05).Repeated measurement ANOVA showed that at discharge and one month post-discharge,the intervention group had better head circumference,weight,and height than the control group.The parent care ability scores were also higher in the intervention group,while the PSS:NICU score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family intervention based on time theory can effectively improve the feeding status of LBWI,relieve parents anxiety,improve parents care ability and improve the growth and development outcome of LBWI.
