摘 要:通过对实例高校多年能耗状况的调查分析,参照其他实现能源科学管理的高校典范,基于校园计算机辅助设计(computer-aided design,CAD)模型和校园能耗数据库,利用地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)技术平台,开展高校能源监测管理系统研究,解决高校因建筑多、耗能点分散、能耗种类多等原因造成的能源损耗问题。该系统以各能耗点的地理空间坐标为依托,将监测目标与能耗数据进行结合,从而直观地显示校园内不同区域、不同监测目标的能耗状况,并可提供多种基于“位置”的能耗分析功能,为各高校能耗监测管理提供了更好更直观的支撑平台。Through the investigation and analysis of the energy consumption status of an example university over many years,and by referring to other universities that have achieved scientific energy management,we carry out the research on the university energy monitoring and management system based on the campus Computer-Aided Design(CAD)model and the campus energy consumption database and the usage on the Geographic Information System(GIS)technology platform to solve the energy loss problems caused by the large number of buildings,scattered energy consumption points and various types of energy consumption in universities.This system relies on the geographic spatial coordinates of each energy consumption point,combines the monitoring targets with energy consumption data,and thus visually displays the energy consumption status of different areas and different monitoring targets within the campus.It can also provide various“location-based”energy consumption analysis functions and a better and more intuitive support platform for the energy consumption monitoring and management in universities.
