摘　　要：针对工业企业土地资源紧缺、利用率低等问题,提出一种综合运用卫星遥感与实地调查相结合的工业企业用地监测方法。该研究利用卫星遥感技术手段获取工业企业用地信息,结合实地调查工业企业内部具体信息,总结出研究区工业企业土地集约利用的情况。结果表明:该方法可以快速而准确地获取工业企业用地信息;能够实现快速监测,使得工业企业用地信息能够得到及时更新和调整,为政府和企业用地的规划和管理提供数据支持。In response to issues such as the scarcity of land resources and low utilization rates in industrial enterprises,a comprehensive monitoring method for industrial land use that integrates satellite remote sensing with field surveys has been proposed in this study.The satellite remote sensing technology is used in this research to obtain information on industrial land use,combined with field surveys to gather specific internal information from industrial enterprises,thereby summarizing the intensive land use situation of industrial enterprises in the study area.The results indicate that this method can quickly and accurately acquire information on industrial land use.It enables rapid monitoring,allowing for timely updates and adjustments to industrial land use information,meanwhile provides data support for the planning and management of land use by both government and enterprises.
