摘 要:针对长三角区域测绘基准现状,提出了长三角区域一体化的现代测绘基准建设主要内容、方法和思路、标准、运行机制等,以国家测绘基准控制网为基础,优化区域测绘基准控制网,统一使用平面、高程及重力等基准成果,开展北斗三号兼容改造及区域基准服务互联,完善测绘基准成果管理服务机制,建成“区域无缝、标准统一、服务协同、安全可控”的长三角区域一体化高精度测绘基准服务体系,为长三角区域一体化发展提供精准可持续的测绘基准支撑。In response to the current status of surveying and mapping standards in the Yangtze River Delta region,the key components for constructing a modern integrated regional benchmark system,including primary content,methodologies,standards and operational mechanisms is proposed in this study.Based on the national surveying and mapping benchmark control network,we aim to optimize regional control networks by unifying such benchmark results as the application of planar,elevation and gravity,to carry out BeiDou-3 compatibility transformation and regional benchmark service integration while improving management and service mechanisms for surveying datum achievements.The ultimate objective is to establish a high-precision integrated surveying and mapping benchmark service system characterized by"seamless region,unified standards,collaborative services,and secure controllability".This system will provide precise and sustainable surveying and mapping benchmark support for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
