摘  要:病理性瘢痕是伤口愈合过程中胶原合成与降解代谢失衡的结果,包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。其传统诊断方法主要依赖于医生的肉眼观察和经验判断,但在临床诊疗中,这种方法存在短期精细评估受限及长期判断不一致等问题,难以准确评估瘢痕的性质和严重程度。近年来,皮肤影像技术凭借其无创、实时、动态观察的特性,可协助医生观察肉眼难以捕捉的瘢痕组织内部的微观结构和病理改变,为病理性瘢痕的分类和诊疗开辟新路径。本文旨在阐述常见皮肤影像技术在病理性瘢痕的诊断、鉴别诊断及疗效评估中的应用现状,以期为病理性瘢痕的分类及诊疗提供新方向。Pathological scars are the result of an imbalance in collagen synthesis and degradation metabolism during wound healing,including hypertrophic scars and keloids.The traditional diagnostic method mainly relies on the doctor′s visual observation and empirical judgment.But in clinical diagnosis and treatment,there are many problems such as limited short-term fine evaluation and insufficient consistency in long-term judgment,making it difficult to accurately assess the nature and severity of scars.In recent years,skin imaging technology,with its non-invasive,real-time,and dynamic observation characteristics,can assist doctors in observing the microscopic structure and pathological changes inside scar tissue that are difficult to capture with the naked eye,opening up new paths for the classification and diagnosis of pathological scars.This article aims to review the current application status of common skin imaging techniques in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and efficacy evaluation of pathological scars,providing new directions for the classification and diagnosis of pathological scars.
