佩索利单抗治疗重度泛发性脓疱型银屑病1例

摘　　要：目的探讨佩索利单抗治疗重度泛发性脓疱型银屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)的效果。方法使用佩索利单抗治疗传统治疗药物(如环孢素)效果欠佳的重度泛发性脓疱型银屑病,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果纳入的1例中青年男性GPP患者使用环孢素治疗疗效欠佳,在使用佩索利单抗单次900 mg静脉滴注治疗后,该患者临床症状缓解,全身红斑、脓疱出现消退,病情未反复,未见明显不良反应。结论佩索利单抗对GPP患者具有良好疗效,治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应,为佩索利单抗治疗GPP患者进一步提供临床经验。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of spesolimab in the treatment of severe generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP).Methods The efficacy and adverse reactions of spesolimab were observed in the treatment of severe GPP patients who had shown poor response to conventional therapies,such as cyclosporine.Results A middle-aged male patient with GPP who failed to respond adequately to cyclosporine therapy was included.After a single intravenous infusion of spesolimab at a dose of 900 mg,the patient′s clinical symptoms improved,with the erythema and pustules on his body subsiding.There was no recurrence of the disease,and no significant adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Spesolimab demonstrates good efficacy in the treatment of GPP patients,with no adverse reactions occurring during the treatment period,providing valuable clinical experience for the use of spesolimab in the treatment of Chinese GPP patients.
