摘　　要：患者男,61岁,出现全身红斑、丘疹,伴轻度瘙痒及脱屑,经皮肤组织病理检查诊断为“蕈样肉芽肿”,在接受联合化疗、干扰素及紫外线光疗后疾病缓解。患者疾病在缓解7个月后再次出现进展,且出现骨髓侵犯,经多周期维布妥昔单抗联合化疗后疾病持续进展。患者在疾病进展状态下接受减低强度预处理后进行异基因造血干细胞移植,治疗过程中患者不良事件轻微,耐受性良好,移植后1年3个月疾病仍处于持续缓解状态,患者生存质量良好。A 61-year-old male patient presented with generalized erythema and papules,accompanied by mild itching and desquamation.A skin biopsy definitively diagnosed the condition as mycosis fungoides.The disease entered remission following a combination therapy of chemotherapy,interferon,and ultraviolet phototherapy.Nevertheless,7 months later,the disease relapsed,accompanied by bone marrow involvement.Despite multiple cycles of brentuximab vedotin combined with chemotherapy,the disease progression persisted.The patient underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with reduced-intensity conditioning while the disease was in a progress state.The patient exhibited good tolerance during treatment,experiencing only mild adverse events.At 15 months post transplantation,the disease maintained continuous remission,resulting in an excellent quality of life for the patient.
