摘 要:对比分析了近自然培育和人工培育2种模式下龙竹的生物量及碳储量。采用干烧法测定了2种培育模式下不同坡向(阳坡、阴坡)和不同秆龄(1、2、3、4年生)的单株地上生物量和碳含量。结果表明:1)竹丛年龄结构人工林优于近自然林。2)单株地上平均生物量在不同林分间差异显著(P<0.05),表现为近自然林阳坡(62.99 kg)>人工林阳坡(59.66 kg)>人工林阴坡(57.95 kg)>近自然林阴坡(54.51 kg);竹秆生物量显著高于枝、叶生物量,且随立竹年龄增加而下降。3)单株碳含量在不同林分间差异不显著(P>0.05),各林分单株不同器官的碳含量均表现为叶<枝<秆。4)各林分单株碳储量表现为:近自然林阳坡(26.33 kg)>人工林阳坡(25.53 kg)>人工林阴坡(25.23 kg)>近自然林阴坡(23.55 kg)。5)沧源县单位面积龙竹林碳储量,近自然林为207.85 t/hm^(2),人工林为81.56 t/hm^(2),近自然林龙竹碳储量远高于人工林。研究结果可为龙竹培育及云南碳汇林业发展提供科学依据。The aboveground biomass and the carbon storage of Dendrocalamus giganteus under near-natural cultivation and artificial cultivation are compared and analyzed in this paper.The aboveground biomass and carbon content of individual plants at different slope directions(sunny and shady slopes)and with different culm ages(1,2,3,and 4-year old)under the two modes of cultivation are measured by the dry-burning method.The results show that:1)Artificial forests are better in the age structure of bamboo clumps than near-natural forests;2)The average aboveground biomass of individual plants are significantly different in different stands(P<0.05),with the order of sunny slope in near-natural forest(62.99 kg)>sunny slope in artificial forest(59.66 kg)>shady slope in artificial forest(57.95 kg)>shady slope near-natural forest(54.51 kg).The biomass of D.giganteus is significantly higher in culms than in branches and leaves,and decreases with the increase of age;3)The carbon storage of individual plants is not significantly different among different stands(P>0.05),and different organs of individual plants have different carbon storage in the rank of leaves<branches<culms;4)The carbon storage of individual bamboo plant in each stand is ordered as sunny slope in near-natural forest(26.33 kg)>sunny slope in artificial forest(25.53 kg)>shade slope in artificial forest(25.23 kg)>shade slope in near-natural forest(23.55 kg);and 5)The carbon storage of D.giganteus forest per unit area in Cangyuan county is 207.85 t/ha in 18near-natural forests and 81.56 t/ha in artificial forests,and the carbon storage of D.giganteus in near-natural forests is much higher than in artificial forests.The results of the study can provide a scientific basis for the cultivation and sink development of D.giganteus in Yunnan province.
